The french toast is a dish traditionally dipped in a mixture of milk and egg and then cooked. It’s well know in the world. You can serve it at breakfasts, eat it as a snack or a desert. It doesn’t need a lot of ingredients and in addition it avoid us from waste.
Since I am pescatarian I just tried to found the best recipe with the tastes I like more.
So you can do like me or juste dippe your bread in milk, orange juice or apple juice and bake it.
⁃ A cup of plant Milk (coco, riz, oat…) – add more according to quantity of bread
⁃ 2 tsp Cinnamon
⁃ 1 tsp Vanilla
⁃ 1 tbsp ground flour
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together (milk, cinnamon, vanilla and flour)
2. Dippe the bread into the mixture
3. Then, bake the slices of bread in a frying pan . If need, put coconut oil or ghee.
4. Spread your bread slices one by one and sprinkle with icing sugar or coconut sugar.
You can also add a drizzle of maple syrup and serve with fruit or ice creame
